Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the whole warehouse.

You will lead, train and manage the store team; ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks; monitor inventory accuracy and shrinkage; coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams; and uphold safety, hygiene and statutory compliance to support peak volume operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
