Job summary

SPX Express Philippines is seeking a proactive Warehouse/Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks, monitor inventory accuracy and shrinkage, lead and train the store team, and coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate joiners.
