Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch tasks, ensuring SLA adherence and productivity.

You will monitor inventory accuracy, oversee cycle counts and shrinkage control, lead and train the store team, coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership & team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).
