Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Store/Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will lead a team, ensure SLA adherence, and coordinate with planning, dispatch, and transport teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse/retail operations, leadership, and good communication in English and Tagalog. Immediate joiners are preferred and safety/compliance is key.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate Joiners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
