Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to manage inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment.

You will drive SLA adherence, monitor inventory accuracy and cycle counts, lead a store team, and coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport groups, while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations
• Good leadership & team handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination & communication skills [English + Tagalog]
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email)
