Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a capable store operations lead in Manila to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality, while monitoring inventory and shrinkage.

The role requires leadership, coordination, and strong English/Tagalog communication in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership & team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate Joiners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
