Gandang Kalikasan, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to direct warehousing and transport operations across three sites: an e-commerce warehouse in Quezon City and two plants in Laguna.
You will manage a team of about 150 staff, ensuring productivity, process optimization, and meeting targets while safeguarding work-life balance. Responsibilities include overseeing a diverse range of goods, leading continuous improvement, and coordinating with 3PL providers.
We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to effectively direct, manage, and oversee efficient warehousing and transport operations across our three key sites: the e-commerce warehouse in Quezon City, and 2 Plant in Laguna. The role will also include overseeing the company’s overall distribution network. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 150 staff for those 3 sites, ensuring that productivity, process optimization, and operational targets are consistently met while safeguarding the work-life balance of our employees.
The role involves handling a diverse range of goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods ranging from small e-commerce orders to large bulk shipments to national accounts. Additionally, you will manage the logistics team, which is responsible for our in-house fleet and coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
1. Lead in continuous improvement for all WH processes
Efficient receiving, storing, and releasing of goods; properly documented and following agreed quality standards
Push service level in order fulfillment for both regular orders and bulk orders
Ensure accurate and updated inventory control through regular physical counts and reconciliation with the data system
Adhere to efficient space utilization and layout
Maintain standards of safety, health, and security

2. Stay on top of the fleet management and distribution for all sales channels while protecting the work-life balance of our team.
3. Negotiate terms with suppliers, especially for 3PL
4. Coach and direct team members towards excellence with a heart that seeks to build them up, consistent with our 5 company values
5. Work to deliver optimum service level to both internal and external customers
6. Plan ahead to provide both strategic and operational recommendations to management to further the company’s vision and mission, and achieve its business goals
Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in warehousing within the FMCG or similar industries, overseeing at least 75 personnel, with a solid background in distribution management.
Proven experience in handling both bulk customer warehousing and high-volume small orders (e-commerce) distribution.
Experience in personal care, food, pharma, or other industries with sensitive supply chains is a plus.
Track record of enhancing warehouse and distribution operations, with the ability to explain and demonstrate the improvements made.

Preferably based in the South, with the ability to work 3-4 times a week at the southern sites and 1-2 times a week in Quezon City.
