Job Description

Brief Description and Purpose of the Position

The Warehouse Operations Head leads Yello X’s warehouse and storage operations, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods from receiving to shipping. The role supports the VP for Operations by driving operational discipline, workflow optimization, and team development across all warehouse sites. The position integrates inventory management, resource allocation, process improvement, and compliance to deliver seamless warehouse operations that meet service commitments and contribute to organizational performance. Reporting directly to the VP for Operations, the Warehouse Operations Head ensures operational readiness, maintains high productivity and accuracy, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role directly impacts customer satisfaction, inventory integrity, and the company’s reputation as a reliable, tech-enabled logistics provider.

Requirements
