Job summary

Gothong Southern Shipping in the Philippines seeks an Accounting Specialist to implement CnC policies and ensure timely, accurate billing. This role focuses on meeting KPI billing targets and maintaining AR performance with precision.

Requirements include a BS in Accountancy, 3 years of related experience, and 2 years of supervisory leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy required.
• 3 years of experience relative to the job.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Implement CnC policies and procedures and create new work instructions as needed.
• Ensure all transactions are billed within KPI targets (NLT 8 days after vessel departure and 5 days after POD receipt).
• Maintain AR KPI performance with 100% accuracy of charges in the BL based on the signed conformé.
• Keep over KPI AR levels under 85% and strive to hit 100% collection budget.

Job Description
