Job Description

• Responsible for shipping freight revenue through solicitation, retention and growth.
• Responsible for freight cycle booking to customer withdrawal or delivery of container.
• Give quotation to clients & make follow‑up if rate given is competitive.
• Accomplish SAF (Shipper's Agreement Form) for customers asking for terms & submit to finance duly approved by 3 VPs.
• Closely coordinate with CS, DAT, Operations, Finance & Landtrans to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist finance on A/R issue especially on overdue accounts handled.
• Acquire & develop new accounts at least 4 clients per month.
• Visit clients to maintain camaraderie to develop high level relationship and solicit bookings.
• Inform top management for market update, customer & competitors.
• Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.
• Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching all job duties with both internal and external customers always in mind.

Requirements

• At least a college graduate of business‑related course.
• At least 3 years background in Sales.
• Good interpersonal skills can communicate well.
