Job Description

Lead and Manage the Control tower team to focus on the following key areas:

Easy to Do Business with Pro-Active Notification and effective communication.
Exception Management; Ensure service delivery alignment with agreed client SLA’s.
Improve service output for existing accounts on an ongoing basis.
Keep a tight grip on ‘cost to serve’ for each account based on internal resources vs. customer requirements.
Drive understanding of contracts, terms and conditions, SOW (Statement Of Work), charge structures to ensure GSSC deliver on its promises.
Implementation of new lanes/volume into the Control Tower; ensure proper SOPs are established and managed through any related hyper care.
Ensure that the team adhere to service standards / SLA covering all SOW (Statement Of Work) agreed with customer.
Monitor data integrity of systems.
Responsible for customer retention.
Follow up on outstanding payments (4PL and 3PL).
Act as country focal of contact in closely coordinating and working with Regional SPM (SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER) and PM (PRODUCT MANAGER) to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
