You will oversee staff, enforce food safety standards, optimise warehouse layout, and drive efficiency across the supply chain. English and Filipino communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP principles.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager for Fastfood Chain to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities and the timely distribution of products to our fast food locations. As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations, from inventory management and stock control to logistics coordination and team leadership. Your strategic oversight will directly impact our ability to serve our customers efficiently and maintain our competitive edge in the fast food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of food products and supplies
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, product rotation and waste management
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and company policies throughout the warehouse
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise efficiency and minimise handling time
• Monitor and control warehouse costs, including labour, utilities and operational expenses
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure products reach retail locations on time
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff
• Liaise with suppliers, retailers and distribution partners to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels and operational metrics for senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the food service or fast food retail industry
• Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, staff and inventory in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations and HACCP principles
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis
• Strong leadership and people management abilities with experience supervising and motivating teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Certification in warehouse management or food safety (advantageous but not essential)
