Job summary

MANYQ FOOD MANAGEMENT LTD., INC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for its Pasig City operations. This full-time role will lead warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory control, and coordinate logistics to support our fast food locations.

You will oversee staff, enforce food safety standards, optimise warehouse layout, and drive efficiency across the supply chain. English and Filipino communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP principles.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of food products.
• Manage inventory records, stock levels, rotation and waste.
• Supervise staff: recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Optimise layout and storage to maximise efficiency and reduce handling time.
• Monitor costs and coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform stock audits and reconciliations; report metrics to management.
