Job summary

88 Prestige Brands Inc. – Rudy Project Philippines is hiring a Warehouse Manager to own daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a high-performing team.

The role focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching with strict adherence to company standards. You will drive process improvements, maintain safety and organisation, train staff, and collaborate with Operations, Sales, and E-Commerce to optimise stock control and on-time fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a warehouse team.
• Experience in receiving, dispatching, order fulfillment, and stock control.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or distribution is an advantage.
• Hands-on and actively involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Warehouse Team, including receiving, picking, packing, checking, and dispatching personnel.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure an efficient and organized workflow.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through proper monitoring, documentation, stock counts, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of products.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and variances.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper recording of all stock transactions.
• Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, labeling, and storage systems.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented warehouse professional with a strong background in inventory management and people leadership?

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who can take ownership of our warehouse operations, maintain excellent inventory accuracy, and effectively lead and develop a high-performing team.

THE ROLE

As our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and that products are properly received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched.

You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team productivity while ensuring that warehouse processes and company standards are consistently followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Warehouse Team, including receiving, picking, packing, checking, and dispatching personnel

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure an efficient and organized workflow

• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through proper monitoring, documentation, stock counts, and reconciliation

• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and inventory controls

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Prepare accurate warehouse and inventory reports for management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent in inventory management, with strong knowledge of stock control, reconciliation, and warehouse processes
