Job summary

Greystone Asia Resources Inc. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes compliance with safety protocols and efficient inventory handling.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in logistics or related field, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. On-site work with flexible scheduling is required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Computer literate; experience with inventory/warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and personnel.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and safekeeping of warehouse items.
• Monitor warehouse staff attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and other departments regarding deliveries and releases.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit warehouse reports and inventory updates.
• Address operational issues and recommend improvements to warehouse processes.
• Assists checker for releasing items.
• Assists checker/warehousemen in preparing items for pick-up and deliveries.
• Assists Bacolod, Cebu, and Davao if they have concerns about stock items.
• Sometimes receive and release items for pick-up and deliveries.
• Assists Warehouse Checker assigned to online orders for packing and releasing items.
• Repairs Air Purifier.
• Prepares space for incoming items import and local purchases.
• Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Monitor receiving, storing, picking, loading, and releasing of materials.
• Perform other tasks or special assignments as directed by the Superior and/or Management
