Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a large warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
• Oversee the proper handling and storage of oil seals, monoseals, O-rings, gaskets, and other industrial sealing products.
• Supervise, lead, and discipline warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, proper work behavior, and compliance with company policies.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure that warehouse activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain proper inventory accuracy, stock organization, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Implement and monitor proper FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, labeling, binning, and storage procedures, as applicable.
• Oversee receiving and releasing of stocks and ensure that all items are properly counted, checked, labeled, and documented.
• Conduct and supervise regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged stocks, missing items, and other warehouse-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that products are stored properly to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure that stocks are arranged in an organized, accessible, and safe manner.
• Monitor warehouse equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure proper maintenance and availability.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse reports, inventory records, stock movement reports, and other operational documentation.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Mechanical Engineering graduate is highly preferred, preferably with relevant license/certification.
• Preferably with substantial experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and personnel supervision, particularly in managing a large warehouse team.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Experience handling industrial parts, automotive parts, mechanical components, seals, gaskets, O-rings, or similar products is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch procedures.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a large warehouse team.
• Must be firm, disciplined, and capable of enforcing company policies and work standards while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
