Job summary

Progressive Laboratories in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate documentation, and smooth cross-department coordination.

You will oversee daily activities, implement FIFO/FEFO, reconcile stock, manage staff, and uphold GMP-aligned practices to support manufacturing and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch preparation.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock reconciliation.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO procedures.
• Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, damaged, and obsolete stocks.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain complete and accurate warehouse documentation.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and audit readiness.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, QA/QC, Finance, and Audit.
• Recommend and implement improvements to warehouse processes and controls.

• Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, damaged, and obsolete stocks
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse procedures
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, animal health, veterinary, food, or feed) preferred.
• Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and inventory best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to manage people, priorities, and deadlines effectively
