Job summary

Glades International Corporation in Laguna is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch, while ensuring safety and accuracy.

You will lead, train, and evaluate staff; coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics; maintain inventory records; and uphold SOPs to meet delivery timelines. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics are required, with WMS/ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
