Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is advantageous.
• Physically able to lift and move warehouse items.
• Familiar with inventory handling and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery or dispatch.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and issuances.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse premises.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and properly.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation.
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
