Responsibilities

• Supervises POC personnel and ensures orderly workflow.

• Monitors picker speed, time elapsed, and zones performance.
• Ensures FEFO is followed and stocks are fully picked.
• Coordinates stock transfers with clerks and forklift operator.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in POC area.
• Reports activities to Warehouse Manager.

Job Description:

The qualified candidate will be responsible on the following:

• Supervises the Prepare Order and Checking (POC) personnel.
• Checks the customers’ order data such as consignment, stock transfer order, outright through SAP.
• Checks the outbound to determine the SKU stocks for picking and determine the details such as packaging, item cost, zone and storage location.
• Views the Pickers (casuals) in the system and assigns the customer code to the Picker depending on the volume of items to be picked per zone.
• Monitors the speed (time) of pickers to complete the pick e.g. picker/time elapsed/ pick percentage to complete/total picked/zones/ unserved
• Monitors the First-to-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) are being performed.
• Ensures that the stocks are completely picked.
• Coordinates with General Clerk and Forklift Operator on the request for the transfer of stocks from back up bin to fix bin.
• Monitors the near to expire/ expired stocks.
• Works closely with co-supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of POC.
• Apprises the Warehouse Manager of activities within the section.
• Ensures the orderliness and cleanliness of POC area
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

• College graduate or its equivalent years of service to the company
• With 2 years works experience and knowledgeable on warehouse management and basic knowledge on operation of various types of material handling equipment
• Impeccable integrity
• Ability to work independently and communicate information effectively
• Ability to plan, handle multiple tasks, organized.
• Possess leadership skills and teamwork attitude
• Hard-working and willing to devote extra time and effort when necessary
• Knowledge on computer – MS Office, SAP is a plus
