Job summary

Lifeline Diagnostics Supplies, Inc. in Manila is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to receive, verify and process goods from local and international suppliers.

You will maintain strict records of quality, quantity, packaging and storage; ensure accurate picking and packing using the CLEQ method, and help keep the inventory accurate through regular counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods from local and international suppliers.
• Record conformity by quality, quantity, packaging, storage terms per PO/invoice; report non-conformities.
• Pick and assemble goods for dispatch using CLEQ method and tally against documents.
• Transfer and stack conforming goods; segregate non-conforming items to quarantine with proper label.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve variances.
• Label D10 calibrators, BVD, IHD products and other warehousing tasks after receipt of shipment.
• Record storage temperatures and report excursions; ensure temperature/humidity are maintained.
• Perform warehouse closing inspections and address defects or hazards detected.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in receiving of incoming goods from local and international suppliers for products assigned to him.

• Record if item is in conformity in terms of quality, quantity, packaging, storage condition and other term as stated in the purchase order and invoice. Declare any non conformity observed and report to Warehouse Documentations Staff for preparation of vendor complaint form.

• Pick and assemble goods for dispatch and ensure items are complete and accurate using CLEQ method (catalog no. lot no., expiration date, quantity) and tallied against the sales invoice and/or other appropriate documents.

• Transfer and properly stack of conforming goods in the appropriate location while segregate non conforming goods to quarantined area with proper label.

• Conduct regular inventory count and assist in resolving inventory variance.

• Perform auxiliary activities such as labelling of D10 calibrators, BVD, IHD products and other warehousing activities after receipt of shipment.

• Record temperature of storage facilities assigned to him based on planned interval. Provide comments and corrective actions for any temperature excursions to be recorded in temperature alarm system. Ensure that required temperatures of all facility storage including room temperature and humidity are strictly maintained at all times.

• Conduct warehouse closing inspection including checking the condition of warehouse and surrounding security features. Request immediate action of any defects or hazards detected during daily inspection.
