Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory, stock control and warehouse processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead a team, implement cycle counts, monitor stock movements, and coordinate with operations to achieve inventory objectives; a four-year degree and 5 years in supervision are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a 4-year course, preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role and 3 years in Warehousing or Inventory Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with resilience, high-stress tolerance and critical thinking.
• Proficient in inventory management and control principles.

Responsibilities

• Organize, facilitate, and manage stock, maintain inventory levels, and record warehouse information regularly.
• Monitor stock accuracy and ensure physical stock aligns with data system; prepare weekly inventory reports.
• Record warehouse data and prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
• Establish and execute cycle count schedules and oversee daily counts of inventory assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Track inventory variances to aid planning and correct issues.
• Ensure employees work toward inventory control objectives and suggest improvements.

Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of warehouse plans, systems and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Organize, facilitate, and manage stock, maintain inventory levels, and record warehouse information at regular intervals.

2. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse data system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy and prepare warehouse inventory weekly reports (Actual vs Data System).

3. Record all warehouse data and prepares weekly and monthly warehouse status report.

4. To establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objective and to coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of the various inventory assets.

5. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

6. Track the variances in the inventory, to facilitate better planning as well as interpret variances and correct the problems that have come up.

7. Ensure that all the employees work towards achieving the objectives related to inventory control management and make suggestions for improvement to the management.
