Responsibilities

About the role

WRN Health Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Custodian to join our operations team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the security, organization and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Custodian, you will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, ensuring proper inventory management and maintaining a secure, clean and compliant warehouse environment. This position is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts the quality of service we deliver to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and secure warehouse premises during assigned shifts, including performing regular patrols and maintaining vigilance over all entry and exit points

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels and warehouse transactions to ensure data integrity and traceability

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies and compliance with documentation requirements

• Organize and arrange warehouse stock in designated storage areas, ensuring optimal use of space and accessibility for retrieval operations

• Conduct regular housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness, safety standards and compliance with health and hygiene regulations

• Report and document any security incidents, unusual activities, damages or discrepancies immediately to management

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling devices in a safe and efficient manner

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities to verify stock accuracy

• Ensure all stored materials are properly labelled, clearly identified and stored according to company procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• College graduate with any 4-year course.

• Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment for a minimum of 2 years

• Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling devices

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and computer applications

• Sound understanding of health, safety and security protocols in warehouse operations

• Physical capability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg regularly) and perform manual labor tasks

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality

• Basic numeracy skills for inventory recording and documentation

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
