Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory processes and a team, ensuring KPI targets such as accuracy are met. You will manage schedules, staff development, and SOP-driven storage optimization while monitoring replenishment and aging Inventory in the warehouse.

The role requires strong ownership, analytical skills, and supervisory experience, with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Apps.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing is preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has supervisory experience for direct and agency staff.
• Detail-oriented with background in process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications.
• Able to read, understand and report data.
• Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory process and team members to ensure KPI and targets are achieved (e.g., inventory accuracy).
• Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department.
• Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower and prepared for future challenges.
• Optimize storage and picking locations by setting SOPs to improve productivity and space usage.
• Control inventory levels by supervising physical counts and reconciling with data systems.
• In-charge of replenishment and rack transfer for fulfillment and aging management.
• Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages/overages are found.
• Ensure transfers are processed upon arrival into the warehouse.
• Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting.
