Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, supply chain, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and related databases.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and vision.
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management through analytics and market understanding.
• Manage analyses including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, and feasibility.
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics, warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people and prepared for future challenges.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to warehousing and handling requirements.
• Produce reports and statistics: warehouse metrics, shrinkage, stock movement, costs.
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in Tunasan, Muntinlupa
