Consistent Frozen Solutions Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Encoder to maintain accurate inventory data for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor under ABCD Essential Foods. On-site position requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and ability to reconcile records with physical stock.

You will work with Warehouse, Production, PPIC, and METS Logistics teams to ensure data integrity.

• Accurately encode inbound raw materials, spices, packaging materials, and outbound finished goods into the inventory system or ERP.
• Record daily material transfers, stock issuances to production, returns, and scrapped/damaged goods.
• Check, verify, and archive receiving reports, delivery receipts, stock transfer slips, and pick lists against stock.
• Coordinate with PPIC and METS Logistics to reconcile system data with physical counts.
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with regular cycle counts and stock inventory audits.
• Prepare inventory accuracy reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate batch, lot, and expiration date records in line with quality standards.

About the role

The Warehouse Encoder supports accurate and efficient warehouse and plant operations by recording, updating, and maintaining inventory data for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Business Unit Manager under ABCD Essential Foods, this on-site role ensures data integrity across physical stock movements and NetSuite inventory systems. The position works closely with Warehouse, Production, PPIC, and METS Logistics teams to maintain reliable inventory records and support smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately encode inbound raw materials, spices, and packaging materials, as well as outbound finished goods, into the inventory management system or ERP.

• Record daily material transfers, stock issuances to the production line, returned items, and scrapped or damaged goods.

• Check, verify, and archive receiving reports, delivery receipts, stock transfer slips, and pick lists against physical stock reports.

• Coordinate with the PPIC team and METS Logistics, the third-party warehouse, to reconcile system data against physical stock counts.

• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Assist with regular physical cycle counts and stock inventory audits.

• Prepare inventory accuracy reports for management review.

• Maintain accurate batch, lot, and expiration date records in line with Quality and Food Safety Standards.

• Support accurate and timely updates across NetSuite and other inventory management systems used in warehouse operations.

What we're looking for

• At least a vocational graduate, college-level applicant, or graduate of a relevant technical course.

• Experience in data encoding, inventory control, warehouse administration, or a related role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management systems.

• High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain reliable records.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume data entry.

• Responsible work habits, honesty, and a positive attitude.

• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Production, PPIC, and logistics personnel.
