Job summary

Purechem is seeking a Warehouse Encoder in the Philippines to ensure accurate recording and processing of inventory documents. The role involves encoding IRF/IRR/RSF, routing for signatures, and daily reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of warehouse encoding experience in a food manufacturing setting, with training in Food Safety and related systems considered a plus.

Qualifications

• At least junior high school graduate.
• Minimum 2 years experience as warehouse encoder in food manufacturing; trainings on Food Safety, cGWP, SCM, QMS, OSH are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check completeness and accuracy of Inventory Receiving Form (IRF).
• Route IRR for signature of Warehouse Supervisor and submission to QAC for distribution and filing.
• Gather and encode all IRR, WDR and RSF daily.
• Generate and submit Daily Inventory Report to Warehouse Manager for review and approval.
• Encode and file Return Summary Form (RSF) and related documents for future reference.
• Handle encoding and updating of material withdrawals in Warehouse Module (SO numbers, applicable warehouse, pickup/return processes, un-posted transactions, filing).
• Assist Inventory during Cycle Count activity.
• Assist Warehouse Manager in completing Cycle Count Report.
• Monitor FEFO and FIFO implementation for all material movements.

• Checks the completeness and accuracy of Inventory Receiving Form (IRF).
• Routes IRR for signature of Warehouse Supervisor and submission to QAC for distribution and filing.
• Gathers and encodes all IRR, WDR and RSF on a daily basis.
• Generates and submits Daily Inventory Report to Warehouse Manager for review and approval.
• Encodes and files Return Summary Form (RSF) as well as other related documents for future reference and safekeeping.
• Handles the encoding and updating of material withdrawal in the Warehouse Module of the System such as but not limited to the following:
  • Checks Sales Order (SO) from Planner
  • Obtains SO Number
  • Determines applicable warehouse
  • Chooses/picks products and returns to Withdrawal Module
  • Proceeds to un-posted transactions
  • Files documents for future reference
• Assists the Inventory during the scheduled Cycle Count activity.
• Assists the Warehouse Manager in the completion of Cycle Count Report.
• Assists in the monitoring of FEFO and FIFO implementation for all types of material movement activities regularly.
