Qualifications
Experience handling inventory records and stock data accuracy.
Ability to perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
Knowledge of stock cards, replenishment encoding, and data entry.
Familiarity with warehouse safety and organization policies.

Ensure Tools and Equipment issuance is followed by tool keeper.
Assist in disposal of scrap and defective items following company guidelines.
Reconcile and verify any returned items.
Check that all retasos are properly filed and recorded.
Audit compliance: minimize open PLs and un-encoded Sales Returns.
Conduct weekly meetings with warehouse team and coordination meetings with sales.
Maintain updated stock status board (out of stock, low stock, on order).
Conduct and report year-end inventory.

Position Objective:

Key Accountabilities:
Make RR, STRRs during stock receipt and transfers
Make IRs for breakages, product damage, defects and other incidents
Submit any cancellation of RR or STRR to Branch Supervisors
Monitor stock levels through stock cards and order stocks as needed
Encode orders for stock replenishments
Prepare inventory data to follow cycle calendar and implement cycle count
