Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college-level degree in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong focus on accuracy, completeness and customer service.
• Analytical, independent, flexible and deadline oriented.
• Able to adapt quickly, work in a team and be customer oriented.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods and commodities.
• Ensures compliance with warehouse protocols, GWP and GMP at all times.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through inventory management and control processes.
• Assists in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts for safe operation.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day to day warehouse operations.


• Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods / commodities.


• Ensures compliance to warehouse protocols / GWP / GMP at all times.


• Ensures to maintain inventory accuracy of all materials in the warehouse by following inventory management and control processes and activities.


• Assists the Logistics Supervisor in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts to ensure safe operation.


• Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
