Job summary

ADM Philippines Inc. is seeking a qualified logistics professional in Misamis Occidental to support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist the Logistics Supervisor. You will help ensure timely receiving of delivered goods and maintain inventory accuracy through proper controls.

You will also help enforce warehouse protocols, inspect tools for safe operation, and support a safety-first work environment while delivering reliable service to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• College degree in logistics or business administration is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong focus on accuracy, completeness and customer service.
• Analytical, independent, flexible and deadline oriented with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods/commodities.
• Ensures compliance to warehouse protocols/GWP/GMP at all times.
• Maintains inventory accuracy of all materials in the warehouse through proper inventory management and control.
• Inspects warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts to ensure safe operation.
• Enforces workplace safety protocols and reports hazards immediately.

Your Profile:

• College Level or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Knows basic MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint.
• Great focus in accuracy, completeness, and customer service.
• Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline oriented, ability to multi-task.
• Can adapt quickly to new situations, enjoy working in a team and customer oriented.
• Travel within Philippines is required.

• Ensures to maintain inventory accuracy of all materials in the warehouse by following inventory management and control processes and activities.
• Assists the Logistics Supervisor in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts to ensure safe operation.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
