Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in Laguna is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, checking, and dispatch operations for semiconductor-related materials. You will verify items, inspect shipments, and perform WMS transactions to ensure accurate records and efficient flow.

The role emphasizes FIFO compliance, accurate labeling, stock control, and adherence to safety, 5S, and quality standards. Flexibility for shifts, overtime, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or semiconductor operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, components, and finished goods and verify quantities against documents and system records.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damages, shortages, and packaging defects.
• Perform receiving transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Label, segregate, and store materials per customer and operational requirements.
• Report discrepancies to the Supervisor.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
• Support FIFO and customer-specific inventory management requirements.
• Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support investigations of variances.
• Pick, check, pack, and stage materials for shipment; verify shipment accuracy and documentation.
• Ensure proper packing and handling of semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
• Complete outbound system transactions and dispatch documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist in loading/unloading while following safety procedures.
• Adhere to warehouse, semiconductor, ESD, and quality requirements; follow SOPs and customer processes.
• Use PPE, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment; maintain 5S and housekeeping.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, inventory, quality teams, and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving Operations

• Receive incoming materials, components, and finished goods and verify quantities against delivery documents and system records.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damages, shortages, incorrect items, and packaging defects.
• Accurately perform receiving transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of materials according to customer and operational requirements.
• Report discrepancies and non-conforming materials promptly to the Supervisor.

Checking & Inventory Control

• Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, batch numbers, and expiration dates where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and customer-specific inventory management requirements.
• Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support investigations of stock variances.

Dispatch Operations

• Pick, check, pack, and stage materials for shipment based on customer orders and dispatch schedules.
• Verify shipment accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, labels, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure proper packing and handling of sensitive semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
• Perform outbound system transactions and prepare dispatch documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist in loading and unloading activities while following safety procedures.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all warehouse, customer, semiconductor industry, ESD, and quality requirements.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and customer-specific processes.
• Properly use warehouse tools, RF scanners, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with 5S standards.
• Participate in safety meetings, operational briefings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

General Responsibilities

• Meet productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service targets.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse operations, inventory teams, quality teams, and supervisors.
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned by Management.
