Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Davao City to handle receiving, inventory control, and dispatch operations on site. You will verify quantities, inspect shipments, and perform WMS transactions to ensure accurate stock and timely dispatch.

The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience with WMS/RF scanning is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or semiconductor ops is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against delivery docs and system records.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damages, shortages, or incorrect items.
• Verify and process receiving transactions in the WMS.
• Label, store, and segregate materials per customer and ops requirements.
• Report discrepancies to the Supervisor promptly.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot/batch numbers, and expirations where applicable.
• Ensure FIFO and customer inventory requirements are met.
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits.
• Pick, check, pack, and stage materials for shipment based on orders.
• Verify shipments for accuracy of part numbers, quantities, labels, and docs.
• Ensure proper packing and handling of sensitive semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving Operations

• Receive incoming materials, components, and finished goods and verify quantities against delivery documents and system records.

• Inspect inbound shipments for damages, shortages, incorrect items, and packaging defects.

• Accurately perform receiving transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of materials according to customer and operational requirements.

• Report discrepancies and non-conforming materials promptly to the Supervisor.

Checking & Inventory Control

• Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, batch numbers, and expiration dates where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and customer-specific inventory management requirements.

• Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory audits.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support investigations of stock variances.

Dispatch Operations

• Pick, check, pack, and stage materials for shipment based on customer orders and dispatch schedules.

• Verify shipment accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, labels, and supporting documentation.

• Ensure proper packing and handling of sensitive semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.

• Perform outbound system transactions and prepare dispatch documentation accurately and on time.

• Assist in loading and unloading activities while following safety procedures.

Qualifications
