Job summary

SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Staff – Inbound to receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality. You will unload trucks, check documents, and update the inventory system.

You will collaborate with logistics, assist with cycle counts, maintain a clean inbound area, and follow safety procedures. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in warehouse or inbound logistics, with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse, inbound logistics, or receiving.
• Familiar with WMS is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items; able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and quality.
• Unload trucks/containers and sort items accordingly.
• Check delivery documents against received goods.
• Report discrepancies or damages to supervisor immediately.
• Scan and update inventory system with received items.
• Process returned items and re-enter into inventory.
• Inspect returned goods before re-stocking.
• Label and organize inbound stock for storage.
• Move goods to storage areas using pallet jack or forklift.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the receiving area.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with logistics on delivery schedules.

Warehouse Staff – Inbound

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and quality

• Unload delivery trucks/containers and sort items accordingly

• Check delivery documents (invoices, packing lists, purchase orders) against actual goods received

• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisor immediately

• Scan and update inventory system with received items

• Process returned items and encode them back into the inventory system accurately

• Inspect returned goods for condition (good, damaged, defective) before re-stocking

• Label, tag, and organize incoming and returned stock for proper storage

• Transfer received/returned goods to designated storage/shelving areas using appropriate equipment (pallet jack, forklift, hand truck)

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the receiving/inbound area

• Follow proper warehouse safety procedures and protocols

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed

• Coordinate with logistics/purchasing team on delivery schedules

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, inbound logistics, or receiving operations (fresh graduates may apply)

• Familiar with basic inventory/warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required
• Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work well in a team and under minimal supervision
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, scanning systems)
