Trust Hardware Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Picker to accurately pick and prepare products according to approved orders, DRs, transfer slips, and other documents. The role ensures correct items and quantities are picked and moved to staging or dispatch areas.
You will locate items, verify descriptions, quantities and conditions, segregate and organize picked goods, and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain safety and efficiency. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking and preparing products based on approved customer orders, branch replenishment requests, transfer documents, and other authorized warehouse transactions. The position ensures that the correct products and quantities are picked, properly handled, and transferred to the appropriate staging or dispatching area.
Pick products accurately based on Pick Lists, Delivery Receipts (DRs), Transfer Slips, and other approved documents.
Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse storage areas.
Verify item descriptions, quantities, specifications, and product conditions before picking.
Ensure picked products match the required quantity and item details.
Properly segregate and organize picked products according to customer, branch, or delivery destination.
Transfer picked products to the designated staging, packing, or dispatching area.
Report out-of-stock items, damaged products, discrepancies, or incorrect stock locations to the Warehouse In-Charge.
Follow proper product handling and storage procedures to prevent damage and loss.
Assist in stock replenishment and proper arrangement of warehouse items.
Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checking activities.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
Follow FIFO principles where applicable and comply with warehouse policies and safety standards.
Coordinate with Warehouse Encoder, Checker, Receiving, and Dispatching personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
Previous experience as a warehouse picker, warehouseman, or in logistics operations is an advantage.
Experience in wholesale, retail, hardware, construction materials, or industrial supplies is preferred.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving products and materials.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to read and understand basic warehouse documents.
Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
