Job summary

APEC Homes in Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Head to oversee regular auditing of warehouse processes, allocate manpower, plan operations from receiving to site coordination, and ensure conformance.

You will monitor the Warehouse Performance Scorecard, conduct root-cause analysis to improve inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Luzon warehouses during site visits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering or any related course.
• Relevant working experience in process improvement and/or Warehouse Management in a Construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet; Data-driven.
• With excellent communication skills; analytical, critical-thinking and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Regular auditing of warehouse processes including receiving, storage and dispatch to ensure conformance.
• Manpower allocation and planning; material declaration and site coordination.
• Observe process flow and Warehouse Performance Scorecard; conduct root-cause analysis to improve inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with different company warehouses within Luzon during site visits from Pasig.

Job description

The Warehouse Assistant Head is mainly responsible for the regular auditing of warehouse processes, operation-related decision making, manpower allocation and planning, material declaration and reviews construction warehouse operations from receiving, dispatch, storage and site coordination to ensure conformance.

This position is also responsible in observing and monitoring process flow and Warehouse Performance Scorecard while conducting root-cause analysis to increase inventory accuracy.

Job Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering or any related course;




• Relevant working experience in process improvement and/or Warehouse Management in a Construction industry;




• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet; Data-driven.




• With excellent communication skills; Possess analytical and critical-thinking; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

Working Conditions

• Pasig-based but conducts site visits in different company warehouses within Luzon area
