Job summary

APEC Homes in Baliwag, Bulacan, Philippines, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for buyers and homeowners in the subdivision. You will help ensure policies are followed and maintain strong relations to sustain subdivision value.

You will assist in move-in activities, coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve concerns, and work onsite at Casa Segovia, Brgy. Hinukay, Baliwag, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• With at least 3+ years of experience related to people-oriented work (e.g.,Sales, Customer Service).
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities
