Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) is seeking a Warehousing Parts & Supplies Manager to lead the Compostela, Cebu operation, ensuring efficient daily activities and robust inventory control. You will coordinate cross-functional warehousing tasks and drive improvements in service levels and cost effectiveness.

The role emphasizes planning, directing and coordinating warehousing functions while maintaining high availability of parts and supplies for other departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with strong managerial capabilities.
• At least five years directing warehousing parts and supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, sound decision making and planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and control daily warehousing activities.
• Ensure 100% availability of warehousing parts and supplies for other departments.

WAREHOUSING PARTS & SUPPLIES MANAGER

Work base: Compostela, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the daily activities of Warehousing Parts and Supplies department.
• Ensuring the 100% availability of all warehousing parts and supplies needed by other departments
• Ensuring the proper and accurate inventory of all Warehouse Parts and Supplies.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any engineering course
• With at least five years of managerial experience in warehousing parts and supplies
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct & coordinate operations
• Must have strong analytical skills, leadership, and with exceptional negotiation skills
• With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills
