Job summary

Dexterton Corporation is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Lead in Valenzuela, Metro Manila to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory movement. The role manages staff, plans manpower, and ensures accuracy through cycle counts and audits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse operations with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role, hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, and strong Excel reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, physical inventory, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Odoo ERP, particularly Inventory, Purchase, and/or Sales modules, is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/warehouse reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, SOP implementation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory movement.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning, task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts, physical inventory, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory transactions and stock movements using Odoo ERP/WMS.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and organization of products.
• Monitor warehouse and inventory KPIs, productivity, stock variances, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs, controls, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
