Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure accuracy and reliability of inventory data across stock movements and ERP records. You will monitor cycle counts, reconcile variances, and analyze stock movements to safeguard inventory integrity.

Qualifications

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of inventory data by monitoring stock movements, reconciling physical inventory against system records, analyzing variances, and identifying inventory risks. The role also supports effective warehouse and logistics controls, management reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy between physical stocks and ERP system records
• Conduct and monitor cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations
• Analyze stock variances, investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor inventory movements including receipts, deliveries, transfers, returns, adjustments, scrap, and lot/serial transactions
• Analyze stock availability, inventory turnover, slow- and non-moving stocks, excess inventory, shortages, and potential obsolete inventory
• Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, variance analyses, and KPI reports to support management decision-making
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, Branch Operations, and Finance to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support inventory audits and ensure transactions are properly documented, authorized, and traceable
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that strengthen inventory controls and operational efficiency
• Support effective use of the company's ERP/Inventory Management System, including system testing, process improvements, and user adoption

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Preferably 2–3 years or more in inventory, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related functions
• Experience in inventory reconciliation, physical inventory counting, analysis, and reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Working knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
