Job summary

PETOUR PHILIPPINES INC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Meycauayan, Philippines to direct daily activities and lead a team to meet productivity and safety targets.

You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, monitor KPIs, ensure inventory accuracy, and coach forklift staff to improve efficiency. A suitable candidate has a relevant degree and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in warehouse/distribution with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of inventory systems and AI-assisted labor planning tools.
• Ability to set and track productivity and efficiency targets.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight scheduling with carriers and suppliers.
• Monitor and report operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and labor cost per unit.

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff.

• Coach and develop team members to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular audits.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents.

About the role
