Job summary

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.

• Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress toward established goals.
• Stay updated on operations, products, and procedures within the relevant division.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and career development.
• Prepare regular warehouse operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with vendors and third parties regarding warehouse needs and operations.
• Identify and resolve issues arising in warehouse operations.
• Provide recommendations to management to enhance warehouse workflows and systems.
• Maintain efficient inbound and outbound logistics KPIs at optimal costs.
• Take full responsibility for inventory (including quantity accuracy and safety stock levels).
