Job summary

ZXY Ecommerce Platform and Consultancy Inc. in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a warehouse/purchasing assistant to manage inbound/outbound inventory, maintain accurate records, and support stock control.

The role will involve ensuring quality, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining supplier data. Experience with inventory software and basic English communication is preferred; candidates should be available to start ASAP and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if

• Hands-on experience with inventory software.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse, purchase, or supermarket.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and logistics processes.
• Can communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Complete warehouse in and out inventory; record in system and library.
• Prepare standards for sale; SOP.
• Monitor daily tasks of pickers and stockers; report stock levels.
• Maintain supplier information and purchase records; negotiate price and ensure quality.
• Review quality of purchased products; complete relevant reports; perform other warehouse duties.

Job Qualification

• Hands-on experience with inventory software

• With relevant purchasing or inventory management experience specifically in daily necessities, fresh fruits, vegetables, seafoods and meat;

• Requires 1 year or more of experience in warehouse, purchase, or supermarket.

• Familiar with warehouse management systems and knowledge of logistic processes.

• Can communicate in basic English

• Familiarity with Chinese products;

• Careful, with a strong sense of responsibility

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifting schedule, including weekends

• and holidays

• Can start ASAP

Job Description

• Complete the warehouse items in and out inventory, record in the system and library registration;

• Preparing standards for the sale of goods, SOP;

• Assist in monitoring the daily job of pickers and stockers,

• Monitor and report stock levels

• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

• Purchasing at source markets, negotiating price. And make sure that the goods can meet the quality requirements.

• Review quality of purchased products;

• Assist in completing the statistics and collation of relevant work reports.

• Complete other work arranged by the warehouse manager and purchasing manager
