RVD FOOD GROUP in Pasay City is seeking enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses for a seasonal/contractual role. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a high standard of service from seating to billing, while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Filipino. The job requires handling POS transactions and maintaining guest satisfaction during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in waitstaff or customer-facing hospitality preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Knowledge of service standards and etiquette.
• Numeracy for billing and cash handling.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred.

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join RVD FOOD GROUP on a seasonal/contratual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our dynamic hospitality team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriate tables in a timely manner

• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings

• Taking accurate orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring items are delivered to the correct guests

• Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Processing payments and managing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Clearing and resetting tables between services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Assisting with general restaurant duties, including restocking supplies and maintaining station organisation

• Adhering to health and safety regulations and food service standards

• Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and support staff to deliver seamless service

• Handling guest complaints professionally and escalating issues to management when necessary

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remember guest preferences and special requests

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure under pressure

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette

• Numeracy skills for accurate billing and cash handling

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the seasonal period

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus

• Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service

Salary: Php 695 daily w/ Service Charge and TIP
