About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join the team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. As a Waiter, you will play a vital part in our hospitality operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at appropriate tables in accordance with section assignments and station rotation

• Present menus to guests and provide detailed information about available dishes, specials, and beverages

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are clearly noted

• Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and efficient manner

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring plates are presented correctly and at appropriate temperatures

• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or issues immediately

• Clear tables promptly after each course and reset them for the next service with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and napkins

• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your assigned station and the dining area throughout service

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth operations

• Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures

• Uphold company standards for appearance, conduct, and professional behaviour at all times
