Job summary

RVD FOOD GROUP in Pasay City is seeking enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses for a seasonal/contractual role. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a high standard of service from seating to billing, while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Filipino. The job requires handling POS transactions and maintaining guest satisfaction during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in waitstaff or customer-facing hospitality preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Knowledge of service standards and etiquette.
• Numeracy for billing and cash handling.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings.
• Taking accurate orders from guests and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Processing payments and handling transactions using POS systems.
• Clearing and resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assisting with general restaurant duties and station organization.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborating with kitchen, bar, and support staff for seamless service.
• Handling guest complaints professionally and escalating to management when necessary.
