Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and personalized service to all guests from arrival to departure.
• Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations confidently (food, beverages, specials).
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages following proper sequence and timing.
• Ensure correct tableset-up and maintenance throughout the dining experience.
• Monitor table progress and coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
• Execute proper clearing, crumbing, and resetting of tables.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu including ingredients, prep methods, and allergens.
• Understand beverage offerings including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
• Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Work closely with Floor Captains, Hosts, Bar, and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all departments.
