Job summary

JP Morgan's Reconciliations Center of Excellence in International Private Bank seeks a Vice President to lead and oversee reconciliation processes, driving automation, controls, and efficiency across the function.

You will collaborate with onshore partners, risk and controls, compliance, and product teams to execute transformation initiatives, manage risk, and build resilient governance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance from a recognized institute.
• 12 years of core operations experience within financial services and reconciliations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and team management abilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with delivery orientation in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to mentor managers and oversee remote teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives the strategic direction of the reconciliation function globally.
• Leads the team to deliver high-quality operations and key results.
• Optimizes capacity through resource planning and succession planning.
• Ensures robust business continuity plans and staff readiness.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and promotes collaborative teamwork.
• Thinks strategically to generate innovative solutions and client-focused outcomes.
• Ensures adherence to procedures and timely completion of tasks with quality.
• Develops governance framework and performs periodic control reviews.
• Partner with Business, Controls, Product, Technology, Compliance, and other teams on transformation initiatives.
