Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President for Regulatory Reporting to lead the day-to-day execution, governance, and continuous improvement of broker-dealer reporting and related controls.

You will oversee submissions, attestations, recordkeeping, and exception management while guiding a mid-size team across compliance, legal, risk, finance, technology, and audit. In this control-focused role, you will partner with stakeholders to ensure robust processes, governance, and readiness for audits

Qualifications

• 10+ years in capital markets operations, broker-dealer regulatory reporting, or related control functions.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer reporting frameworks (FINRA, SEC, FED).
• Proven leadership in directing mid-size teams in production environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of senior-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end broker-dealer regulatory reporting with focus on FINRA, deadlines, and controls.
• Oversee daily control execution, reconciliations, reports, and approvals for accurate submissions.
• Validate reporting quality via documented reviews, evidence, and control sign-offs.
