Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Project management, intelligent automation, and business analysis.
• Excellent project governance and the ability to manage multiple commitments.
• Solid understanding of software development principles.
• Advanced skills in Python, and API configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath.
• Pragmatic decision making, strong individual contributor, and team collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage projects ranging from large multi-year efforts to short-term deliveries.
• Drive strategic operational and business initiatives with thought leadership across teams.
• Create and maintain project documentation including business cases, plans, and reports.
• Provide governance and program structure with regular executive updates.
• Analyze objectives, requirements, and prioritization to design solutions.
• Lead end-to-end automation engagements: requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Design and manage automation strategy with stakeholders and collaborate with technology on infrastructure.
• Coach and mentor teammates, design training curricula for workflow automation.
• Track OKRs/KPIs and ensure benefit realization from automation initiatives.
