Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency and quality standards
• Document customer interactions accurately in our systems and maintain detailed records of transactions and communications
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors whilst keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance targets
• Provide product and service information to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving complaints
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve overall service delivery
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and client-specific guidelines at all times
